BlogExplosion Update

As I write the queue for approvals reaches back to before Christmas. Through the forums I’ve made contact with another approver and like me, she does what she can when she can. Some people have paid for credits they’ve never received. If you paid using PayPal you may be able to get a refund, it’s worth a try. Perhaps the owners might wake up if they start losing money.

This evening I can’t get onto BlogExplosion any way. I keep getting an “Address not found” message.

Have you heard anything of what is going on with BlogExplosion?

Hapi: No thanks.

Peter: I've managed to surf since and log in to approve some more blogs.

Icancarryallthebags...: I love your name and I know how that feels! Thanks for letting me know it wasn't just me.

Ann: I think that most would agree that blogexplosion was taken over by a company aiming to make money. Since then no administration. Which is why I decided to post an update here. The forums are full of spam. Despite some of us volunteering to moderate.

It's too bad that Blogexplosion has basically fallen by the wayside. I used to get a decent amount of traffic to my blog via Blogexplosion. I still do surf what I can there and get some traffic but have pretty much given up hope. Think maybe blogexplosion is going the way of blogmad or dying out all together. In September I started using Entrecard and in all honesty getting a lot better quality traffic compared to Blogexplosion.

I have no clue what that is, so I dont have any problems ;) If I ever have time to sit and putz with my blog, I might actually get it into the 21st century!

Ann: I had a look at Entrecard. i'm not sure that I've got the time nowadays for all of this anyway.

Mary Lou: Don't worry, it's a traffic exchange which became too popular for its own good...
