Coming up next
Apparently this is the present that everyone will want this Christmas. He laughs when you tickle him so he’s good laughter therapy for all ages. "TMX Elmo" and "Elmo TMX:" has been around for 10 years now in different colours and clothes. He comes in an attractive box which is designed so that you can’t see him except by peeking though a preview flap, when you do this he says “Ah, ah, ah, ah! No peeking!” and starts to giggle. The latest Elmo goes through three tickle cycles with very realistic movements as you can see when you look at the video on the site.

Oh Anji, 10 years ago when the original Elmo came out I had to have one for my 7 month old daughter. I made my husband go to all the stores after work, and I looked when I had time off. He got us on a waiting list, and she got one. You should have seen her face! It's almost like she knew it was impossible to get.
Karen; Sounds like Elmo was worth the trouble. We had a Furby which was well loved.
I think I should get one of those for our Thursday night scrapbooking evenings. A good laugh is good therapy.
Michelle; I think you might have to be quick, they are going to be popular this Christmas
I am SOOOO glad I dont have to buy into that advertising crap anymore! my baby is 35!
Mary lou; so am I. More often than not we were in the queue after Christmas because the toys didn't work!
i don't know, call me a cynic. but there seems to be something very wrong about a toy that requires you to peek under the clothes. and he creeps me out anyway with his incessant laughter. what has he to be so jolly about? glad my boys are nearly teens now and they scoff at such toys. now if i could only convince them video games are the devil...
Kimberley; In my experience, the more the adults loathe something, the more the kids love it.
