Something about something Diane Keaton said
She said that she once saw a show called Extreme Makeover and there was a little boy who was confused and upset when he saw his 'new' Mother. It reminded me of a conversation Olivier and I had about remembering people's faces. It was half way through the holidays and Olivier said he couldn't remember what his best friend looked like. I told him that if I died he mustn't get upset if he can't remember what I looked like. People we are close to are made up of voice, smell, touch, their personality.... What they look like comes pretty low down on the list
