December already

This is the December page of my Tahiti calendar

I’m ashamed that I left my blog for so long without posting. MIL has gone home now after her stay. We get along very well and talk and talk and talk…

I like this quote
“In December keep yourself warm and sleep.” what sensible advice.

To make up for reproducing a page from the calendar without permission here is a link so that you can see the other Tahitian products for sale.

I like your December advice. Warm being the most important word.

It is true. December already. A year ago I moved from my assignement in West Darfur to my new one in South Darfur. It seems it was just a few weeks ago. So, we grow old quick. But me, I never will age.

Happy December to you!

Cas: I must visit your calendar and see what other celebrations there are in december.

Peter: Forever Young - one of my favourite songs.

Empress: I was wordering how they would make sandy beaches and palm trees Christmassy. I think it looks festive.

LOL You are not as bad as me for leaving my blog unwritten! So to make amends I am taking part in Holidailies ... having been down to one post a month I am going to attempt one post a day over December. At least I'll keep warm doing it.

Beautiful picture, that's for sure.

You mention your MIL in a fond way. My MIL is wonderful too which is just lovely.

Happy December to you Anji :-)

Doris: I like to think of you as someone who speaks when there is something really important to say. Thanks for your visit.

Love that quote! Though in Austin, Texas cold is relative. It supposed to be near 80 degrees here tomorrow.

Oh how I long for a little bit of coldness in my winter!

Take care my friend and as always....

Ripple On!!!
