I have naturally curly hair. I love it, but I also love my flat iron. BUT! You have to get a good one and you have to put in good heat protector-stuff (totally not the technical term for it) or you'll fry your hair and cry copious tears. Thanks, hair stylist from hell for selling it to me, but not bothering to explain *that* little tidbit.
