I found this video clip on You tube. It's of L'Houmeau beach. This is where I live, so I thought you'd like to see it.
The film has been made by someone concerned about the dangers of windsurfing. The beach is steep and tricky if the tide is low. If you happen here because you are planning to come to L'Houmeau for a holiday, don't swim when there is a low tide, there are still some old oyster beds which you could injure yourself on.

How nice. Thank you so much!!
Do you live near the water?
Cas
It looks very nice. I've lived along the Atlantic Ocean most of my life - both sides, and always love living near the water.
Cas: It takes us ten minutes to walk to the beach, which we do most evenings.
It looks very much like desert terrain. Much like where I live near the Columbia River in Washingto State. It looks like a wonderful view.
Karen: In the summer it can be very dry and there are lots of stones in the garden. This area of France hasn't got the best views, it's quite flat. i miss the English countyside, green with big trees!
Hello Anji - popping in to let you know that I am back in blogland. Yup, you read right. No, don't faint. *grin*
Southernbelle: I have been keeping an eye on you - good to see you back again.
