while I was bumbling around I found this site. I tried patchwork myself once, I made a quilt for Christian's pram when he was a baby. I finished it when he was 10 years old! I've still got to 'finish' (it's only just started) the sampler I started before he was born, I haven't sewn the name in, so perhaps it will do for the grandchildren, whenever they arrive.
