I don't know what I most shocked with .... the dresses for chubbies; blow (cig smoke) in her face and she'll follow you anywhere; or Christmas morning she'll be happier with a hoover!!!
They seem like a very sad joke but they are real. These are the messages women were once sent loud and clear. And not even that long ago.

A few years ago our adoring son bought his mum a set of saucepans for Christmas. He's still not been entirely forgiven!
