I forgot about the teeth x-rays on my A-Z.
For some reason I thought you lived in Canada, not France.

I have enjoyed so many of these answers but don't think I can come up with anything interesting to entertain or compete. Extra insights have been interesting but it is 1am and too late for my poor brain to join in.

Is it significant that three of us never had nicknames?

Thank you all for taking the time to read it. I did post individual answers to your comments but they seem to have been swallowed up and are floating around somewhere in cyberspace.
