Not here, there or anywhere

I overslept this morning. I don’t think that I’ve ever done that before. Rob had got up earlier and came to see why I wasn’t moving around. I sprang out of bed and don’t seem to have managed to get my body and mind synchronised again all day.

It’s the end of October and it’s as warm outside as in and the lizard was out on the kitchen windowsill at lunchtime. Very strange, he should be asleep.

  2. 'L'ete Indien' perhaps? ;-) We're having one here too. I wonder if lizards actually favour such things, think of them as an unexpected treat? Or are just upset by them?

  3. Caroline: It's almost spooky

    Daydreamer: Only a little one

Jo: I love my lizards. This one was bigger than usual and more colourful so I presume a he. He also had his first tail. He's quite bold and looks at me through the window...

  4. Both the boys overslept that day as well. I had to drive them to school because they were running so far behind. Very unusual for them. Must have been something in the air that day. Night? Whenever.
