Reading a magazine I came upon a tip which I thought to be rather disgusting. Some woman suggested that if you have egg yolks left after following a recipe you scramble them and throw them out for the birds to eat.
I don’t find that idea to be very considerate at all.
Is there some health benefit to the birds, or the soil? You are right it does sound rather eww.
