The problem with the brimstone is that it settles with its wings closed, though I expect that you discovered that....

Graham: Would you believe that the seagulls around here are mute? It has been spring here for a month already. No snow for the Olympics, all the trees are blooming and the tulips are going to bloom a full month before they are supposed to. My grass is 6 " high, and I mowed it for the 2nd time yesterday! Now that everything is spring, it will probably freeze really hard and kill everything.Mary Louhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07118106177725242820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5371210.post-28228062907370210642010-02-21T23:32:37.275+01:002010-02-21T23:32:37.275+01:00We have seagulls. You have to travel for hours to get to the places they still survive, here. I remember the surprise registered by a German student when she saw a grey squirrel for the first time in Bristol; she'd never seen one before.Dru Marlandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03697874363783821382noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5371210.post-56741294792371466752010-02-21T09:45:17.608+01:002010-02-21T09:45:17.608+01:00I wish Spring was in the air here - I'm freezi...I wish Spring was in the air here - I'm freezing!Zedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16977616514073529507noreply@blogger.com
